By accessing our website or booking services at Riggs Mitchell Salon & Suites (“Salon”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Riggs Mitchell Salon & Suites provides professional hair care services including haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, scalp wellness services, and hair extensions. Services are performed by licensed cosmetologists and are subject to availability.Independent suite professionals operating within our facility offer additional services (massage, skincare, etc.) under their own businesses. The Salon is not responsible for services provided by independent suite operators.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Please review the following:- Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
- Consultations: For extensions, chemical services, and corrective color, a consultation may be required before the appointment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and service complexity, and will be confirmed at or before your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.4. No Guarantee of Results
Hair services involve variables including existing hair condition, color history, and hair porosity. While we use professional-grade products and techniques, we cannot guarantee specific results. We will work with you to achieve your goals safely and effectively. If you experience dissatisfaction with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work to address your concern. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.5. Health and Safety
You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent chemical services that may affect your treatment. Patch tests may be required for certain chemical services. By proceeding with a service, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant information.6. Minors
Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide written consent for services. The parent or guardian is responsible for payment.7. Limitation of Liability
